About the Working Days Calculator

The Working Days Calculator is a free, simple tool for counting business days between two dates and for adding or subtracting business days from a date. It is made for everyday tasks such as working out deadlines, notice periods, delivery estimates and project schedules.

What it does

• Counts working days between two dates, with the option to include the end date.
• Adds or subtracts working days from a date.
• Includes public holidays for 41 countries, with states and regions where available.
• Supports Saturday–Sunday, Friday–Saturday, Sunday-only and custom weekends.
• Lets you untick holidays and add your own days off.
• Saves your inputs in the page address so you can share a result.

Privacy

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, and your dates are not sent to a server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Holiday data and credits

Public holiday rules come from the open-source date-holidays project by commenthol and contributors. The holiday data is based on Wikipedia articles and is available under CC BY-SA 3.0; the code is available under the ISC licence. We use the data as published and do not add or change holidays.

Holiday dates can change, and regional, industry or company holidays may not be included. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.
