Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Working Days Calculator (“the site”), run by Micro Tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

The site is free to use for personal and business purposes. Please do not misuse it — for example by trying to disrupt it, overload it or access it in ways it was not designed for.

Results are for information only

The calculator gives an estimate based on the weekend pattern, public holiday data and days off you choose. Public holidays come from an open-source dataset and may be incomplete, change at short notice, or differ by region, industry or employer. Results are not legal, financial or HR advice. For contracts, court deadlines, payroll or notice periods, check the official rules that apply to you.

We work to keep the site accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content and trademarks

The site’s text, design and code belong to Micro Tools or its licensors. Product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
