How the tool handles your data

All calculations happen in your browser. The dates, country, weekend and days off you choose are not sent to us or stored on a server.

To make results shareable, your choices are written into the page address (the part after “?”). If you copy or share that link, anyone who opens it will see the same inputs, and the address is sent to our host when the page loads, as with any web address. Avoid putting anything private into a shared calculation.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information when your browser requests a page — such as your IP address, browser type and the address requested — so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set cookies. If you use the light/dark theme button, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics service.

Advertising

This site does not currently show ads. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Children

The site is for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data through the tool, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question or request about your data, including under data protection laws such as the UK or EU GDPR, email hello@example.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
